RJR’s semi automated ITS offers an affordable sealing solution for ease of package assembly.

The system is simple, durable, and designed to produce quality package assemblies with highest
production yields.
 
The Model 400, 500, and 600 units are the major workhorse units being used today by our
customers and have been installed in all regions of the world.
 
All models contain a fully automatic sealing processes, which are preprogramed into the unit to
work with the customer’s required sealing specifications, package design, and UPH.

The ITS provides:

• Precise control over time, temperature, and pressure providing near hermetic seals

• Outstanding accuracy, with location tolerances as precise as 0.001 inches.

• Rapid cycle times that significantly reduce production lead times

• Unparalleled flexibility with customizable insert plates tailored to your specific parts

• Pre-programmed sealing recipes that meet your unique requirements

• Sealing of lids, singulated and in-strip packages, as well as other customer-specific
  products that use RJR's B-stage epoxies

Each sealing system includes one set of custom design plates, a transfer tool and loading plate, and a two-day training seminar on use and maintenance of the system at RJR’s factory.

The ITS sealing systems come with a one-year parts and labor warranty.  

The ITS electronic control modules are field serviceable and completely programmable in the customer’s factory.

At our factory, the complete process parameters are pre-installed for the customer’s parts to obtain 99% yield and 0.003 tolerance while maintaining maximum process repeatability.
